Meet Alysia.
Pilates changed how I feel — and I want it to do the same for you.
I’m Alysia. I’m a certified pilates trainer, pre & postnatal fitness specialist, health coach, a mom of twin toddler girls, and your guide in making sure your form is flawless and your movement is meaningful – so you can focus on your strength. Most of all, I’m here because I know — from the inside out — what consistent movement can do for a woman who’s ready to stop being at war with her body and start being on the same team as it, so you can show up as your best self on and off the mat.
When I changed my intention, everything shifted.
For years, I was at war with my body. I worked out to be smaller. I thought exercise had to feel like punishment to “count.” It was a fight that I was constantly losing.
Then I found pilates – and it changed everything I believed about exercise. I started to look forward to movement again- and despite all of the false narratives I had in my head – I realized that gentle movement could actually have a big impact. Slowly, the question changed from “how will this make me look” to “how will this make me feel?” The intention went from chasing skinny to chasing strength and the feeling of confidence that this style of movement gave me.
The biggest realization wasn’t physical. It was this: the best movement is the movement you actually enjoy — the kind that *celebrates* your body instead of punishing it. When you change your intention, everything shifts. The way you move. The way you talk to yourself. The way you show up, on and off the mat.
Then I became a mom to twin toddler girls. And somehow — despite every cultural message about “getting your body back” — I never felt the need to look back, because becoming a mom allowed me to feel the strongest and most confident I’ve ever been in my body. Motherhood gave me a whole new level of appreciation for what my body has done, can do and will continue to do.
That’s what I want every woman to know: when you stop being at war with your body and start being on the same team as it, everything else gets easier. That’s the message. That’s why I teach. Strong. Confident. Accomplished. That’s the feeling I want you to walk away with after every flow — and the one that quietly trickles into the rest of your day, your week, your life.
Because when you keep showing up for yourself on the mat, you start showing up for yourself off it too. That’s where the real change is. Not in a transformation photo — in the way you carry yourself through your day, knowing you’re worth taking care of. I’m so happy you’re here love, and I’ll see you in our next pilates flow!

My Movement Method.
What every flow is built on — and what I want you to take with you, on the mat and off.
Proof of your power, one step at a time.
—
When you keep showing up, your confidence follows — on and off the mat. This isn’t movement that punishes. This is movement that *celebrates* your body for everything it’s done, can do, and will do for you.
Cues over counts. Connection over reps.
—
Quality cues = real results. Learn the pilates principles — from a certified instructor who walks you through every movement. This is where you start understanding what makes pilates, *pilates*.
Flows that fit, for days that vary.
—
5, 10, 15, 20, 25-minute flows for the girl on the go, the mom on the move, and the busy girl boss — right from the comfort of your own home. The magic isn’t in showing up perfectly. It’s in showing up daily, no matter how it looks.

The expertise behind the flows.
I’ve spent thousands of hours in the work—moving through my own practice and guiding thousands of women like you – both in-person and online – through theirs. Every flow is rooted in deep experience and a passion for form-first movement. Whether it’s an in-person session or a quick flow in your living room, I curate every second with intention to make sure you leave feeling strong, confident and at home in your body.

When I’m not teaching pilates…
Off the mat, I’m a wife and a mom to twin toddler girls in the NYC area. Most days run on coffee, second cups of coffee, and whatever ten-minute window opens up between snack and nap time. When I’m not in the studio or running my business during naptime, you can find me navigating the city with a double stroller, connecting with other moms at the park, or on play dates that—let’s be honest—are as much for the parents as they are for the kids.
That’s not separate from this work—it *is* this work. I know the beauty (and the chaos) of the juggle, and I know how much we need a community that just gets it. The pilates I teach is built for the life I’m actually living, which means it’s built for yours, too.

A few final notes that I don’t want you to forget! xx
